Please check Creating VirtualProviders Based on a SAP HANA Model - Modeling - SAP Library

e.g. "The complete name of the SAP HANA model (DB schema, package name, model name) cannot be longer than 63 characters.

The column names of the SA model (dimensions and units) must be in uppercase letters and cannot be longer than 63 characters."

Also make sure the database user (SAP<SAPSID>) has access for the schema in the SAP HANA database and the models.
