"Billed amount does not match paid amount"

Has anyone come across this error.  The error message is "Billed amount does not match paid amount.  Report an incident". 

All the charges are loaded from a CC feed, and most of the charges did take place in Mexico, but it is converted to USD through the exchange rate process.

Confused.
