The error ID's generated aren't specific to a particular process or function they are a system generated log ID. If you had access to Hana Studio, and to the log files, you could search for that generated ID to investigate more detailed error messages.
Since it appears you are using a cloud instance I'm guessing you do not have access to Hana Studio and the 'back end'. An enhancement we received in one of our releases was to surface the last 100 or so lines of the error log in MS Excel. If I were you I'd inquire to SAP about this enhancement and see if you could get it applied to your instance.
