Yes, this can be changed. Please refer to the Analysis OLAP Administration Guide and the section on the mdas.properties file. You want to change the entry:
multidimensional.services.prompt.dialog.show.all = false
to:
multidimensional.services.prompt.dialog.show.all = true
Then restart the APS.
