Re: Issue with Statuses in Checklist Functionality- Service Request

Hi Atul,

 

Are there any error messages associated with your checklist steps? E.g. if the step did not have any Step Partner maintained in it, I also faced the issue that only Open Status was visible.

 

Solution: Try manually adding a step partner (Employee Responsible or Org Unit, depending on the Partner Function selected). And then see if the all the 4 statuses are showing up.
